5. Profit-Sharing Model

Access to the Software is provided under a performance-based compensation model. Instead of fixed subscription fees, Users agree to pay a service fee equal to twenty percent (20%) of their net trading profits, calculated on a monthly basis.

If no profit is realized during a given month, no fee shall be due or payable for that period.

The Company reserves the right to verify reported profits through appropriate account data or performance metrics to ensure accurate fee calculation.

The Company may modify the percentage rate or calculation method prospectively, with reasonable prior notice. Any adjustments will apply only to future billing periods.

If payment of the applicable service fee is not received within ten (10) business days following the end of the billing period, all trading activity associated with the User’s account may be automatically suspended. The Company reserves the right to forcibly close any open positions to prevent further trading until full payment is received.

6. Refunds and Withdrawal

Users may terminate their accounts in accordance with our Refund Policy. Account termination cancels all mutual obligations except as expressly stated herein or required by law.

7. Acceptable Use
