General Provisions

1. This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) governs the refund rights of Users in connection with fees charged by the Company for Services rendered. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.

2. The Company may, at its sole discretion, grant partial or full refunds as a gesture of goodwill. Any such decision is exceptional and does not create a precedent or obligation to grant similar refunds in the future.

3. Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Use.

Performance-Based Fees

1. Users are charged a performance-based fee equal to twenty percent (20%) of the net trading profit (the “Performance Fee”), calculated monthly based on Services already provided.

2. No Performance Fee shall be charged for any month in which no net profit is realized.

3. Performance Fees apply only to realized net profits, as determined under the Company’s accounting standards. The Company may modify its calculation method upon reasonable prior notice.

Refund Eligibility

1. As Performance Fees compensate the Company for Services already rendered and results achieved, such fees are generally non-refundable.

2. Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

   • documented administrative error (e.g., duplicate or incorrect billing);
   • verified unauthorized transaction or fraud; or
   • extraordinary circumstances determined solely by the Company.

3. Requests for refunds do not suspend the Company’sida right to enforce payment or terminate Services for non-payment unless explicitly confirmed in writing by the Company.

Refund Procedure

1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing tosupport@algonautbot.com. The request must be sent from the User’s registered email and include documentation substantiating the claim.

2. If approved, refunds will be processed to the same wallet or payment method used for the original transaction. Where not technically possible, the Company will coordinate an alternative method at its discretion, in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer regulations.

3. Approved refunds are typically processed within fourteen (14) calendar days of written approval.

Taxes and Third-Party Fees

The Company is not responsible for any taxes, bank charges, blockchain network fees, or other third-party fees incurred during payment or refund processing. These amounts remain the User’s sole responsibility.

Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

Amendments

The Company may amend this Policy at any time by posting an updated version on its website. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
